Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative, scalable marketing technology solutions that significantly enhance our clients' digital capabilities.
- Plan and present transformational initiatives to executives with a focus on business value and operational efficiency.
- Directly manage and mentor engineering leaders to expand their expertise, improve their daily performance, and advance their careers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with client technology leaders to facilitate their technology transformation.
- Collaborate closely with data teams and oversee the integration of engineering and data functions.
- Make informed technical and non-technical decisions, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Promote modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Define, monitor, and report on meaningful KPIs that illustrate the impact of technology on business outcomes.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, encouraging technical innovation to address complex client challenges.
