The Role
As a Technical Delivery Project Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of internal technical workstreams essential for customer delivery. You will act as a key liaison between internal technical teams (such as Data Engineering, Data Science, Integrations, and R&D) and the customer-facing delivery team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating technical requirements, gathering customer inputs, translating those requirements into actionable internal tasks, managing supporting documentation, and ensuring the timely completion of technical deliverables.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead and functional technical leads to ensure alignment, visibility, and the smooth execution of technical dependencies. Your strong working knowledge of tools like Jira, along with foundational technical literacy, will enable you to communicate risks, issues, and timelines effectively. You will operate with increasing independence while seeking guidance on complex or ambiguous issues.
A key responsibility will be overseeing League’s customer-facing data product, Analytics Objects (AOs), which involves the recurring export of complex KPIs tailored to diverse customer needs. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Technical Workstream Coordination
- Coordinate technical tasks and dependencies among Data, Engineering, R&D, and other internal teams.
- Translate customer requirements into precise Jira tickets or internal work items.
- Maintain transparency regarding task progress, obstacles, and timelines.
Manage Data Products
- Oversee the launch of Analytics Objects (AOs) and other data products for customers.
- Manage the configuration of AOs and other data products to align with customer use cases.
- Handle customization requests and recommend enhancements as necessary.
