Main Responsibilities
Administer and provide support for Kubernetes clusters (EKS, OpenShift, OKD, K3S).
Manage and optimize cloud services (AWS, OCI, or GCP).
Deploy and support applications in distributed environments (WSO2, ELK, Keycloak, microservices, etc.).
Maintain virtualized infrastructure (VMware) and Linux systems (RedHat).
Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
Ensure high availability (HA) of services through load balancing, redundancy, and backup strategies.
Troubleshoot incidents and outages with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with development teams embracing DevOps culture.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of full support experience (installation, administration, maintenance, and incident resolution).
Intermediate English proficiency: B2 level.
Strong knowledge in:
- Kubernetes and containerization.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, OCI, or GCP.
- Linux (RedHat).
- Virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Networking, load balancing, and security.
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
- DevOps practices and microservices deployment.
We Especially Value
Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, or OpenShift.
Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.).
