Role Overview: Technical Business Analyst (Remote, India)
The Technical Business Analyst works closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate processes, and assess project scopes. This role involves analyzing systems and user needs, documenting both current and new processes, and producing system flow diagrams. The analyst also leads training and system demonstrations, ensuring cross-functional teams stay coordinated throughout each project.
Main Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams with detailed analysis and documentation.
- Research and analyze business needs, recording findings clearly.
- Draft and share new or updated processes based on project goals.
- Identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Create user stories with thorough acceptance criteria.
- Design and implement solutions that fit business requirements.
- Develop and execute project plans as needed.
- Oversee design testing, manage quality assurance, and support user acceptance testing.
- Keep comprehensive records of project activities.
- Lead system demonstrations and participate in testing with users.
