ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Technical Account Manager at LiveView Technologies, you serve as the primary contact for ensuring technological success and program satisfaction for our key accounts. Your mission will focus on client retention and growth, collaborating closely with Client Success Managers to develop success plans that enhance the client experience. You will participate in strategic business reviews aimed at fostering a partnership that maximizes results and drives the growth of our existing clients.

Your proactive approach will guarantee optimal performance of our Mobile Security Units through technical audits, product consultations, best practice recommendations, and collaboration with Product teams to provide valuable data and feedback.
