What You'll DoAct as the primary escalation point for Enterprise and Major accounts, managing high-severity and technically complex support cases until resolution. Quickly triage, investigate, and resolve urgent customer issues with sound judgment, coordinating effectively across Support, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Security teams. Maintain comprehensive account knowledge, including customer workflows, configurations, integrations, and sensitivities, and apply that understanding to troubleshooting and communication.

Role Overview

As Harvey continues to expand its customer offerings for strategic clients, we are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. This position will act as a high-touch, technically skilled support resource for our most strategic customers, addressing complex, urgent, and sensitive issues swiftly and expertly.

The Technical Account Manager will enhance Harvey’s post-sale support by closely collaborating with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to provide exceptional technical assistance, proactive incident management, and effective customer communication.
