Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-sales execution: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer objectives, gather technical specifications, support pilot programs, and provide customized demonstrations. Platform configuration: Take ownership of customer environment deployment and post-sale technical execution, which includes platform setup, prompt engineering, and configuration. Technical POC: Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, managing expectations and guiding them through product functionalities and developments. Customer delight: Lead customer onboarding and enablement initiatives to foster adoption, while monitoring health indicators to proactively identify risks, uncover new revenue opportunities, and determine next steps. Champion for scale: Gather and disseminate customer insights, best practices, and recurring patterns to educate internal teams and enhance product and process scalability. Desired Qualifications4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including account management, solutions engineering, or customer success. Strong technical skills with the ability to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot platforms effectively. Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers, engaging with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
