What You'll DoAct as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing interactions while fostering trust with engineering, product, and payments teams. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to convert customer needs into product feedback, influencing roadmap decisions. Conduct business and technical reviews, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and post-mortems, focusing on long-term partnership and operational excellence. Assist customers in designing, optimizing, and scaling payment systems, addressing trade-offs related to performance, reliability, and complexity. Identify opportunities to expand customer usage, minimize failure points, and enhance automation within workflows. Streamline internal processes and create scalable, repeatable workflows by utilizing AI tools to expedite problem-solving and derive insights across your customer portfolio. Who You Are3+ years in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success. Strong experience with REST APIs and integration methodologies. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments. Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance reactive inquiries with proactive account strategy development.

What You Will Do

  • Guide customers through onboarding and integration with Modern Treasury’s APIs
  • Act as a technical consultant and account lead, helping clients design and scale money movement systems
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and payments teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing use
  • Support customers in managing financial infrastructure with a focus on precision, reliability, and scalability
