This role requires thorough inspections of components and finished products, identifying defects, and ensuring adherence to customer specifications as well as industry regulations. Minimum Qualifications Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or an associate degree in a related field is preferred. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection position. Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards is preferred. Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is beneficial. Understanding of AS9102 First Article Inspections is a plus. Skills: Proficient in using precision measurement tools and techniques. Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team setting. Aptitude for working in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
