Tech or M.E./M. Tech in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a software engineering team focused on enterprise products.At least 13 years of overall experience in software engineering.A proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.Technical expertise in software development.Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and motivating team members.Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.Proven ability to influence others in complex situations.A proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to tackle projects with enthusiasm.Comfortable navigating a complex matrix environment.
