Role Overview
This Tech Lead position focuses on Speechify’s Web Core Product and Chrome Extension. The role is based in Guadalajara, Mexico. It suits someone who thinks strategically, enjoys product decision-making, and has a history of building standout user experiences. A strong work ethic, clear communication, and drive to deliver are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Write and ship production code for web products
- Work closely with a dedicated product team
- Participate in product discussions and help shape the roadmap
- Develop new features that reach and benefit millions of users

- Strong focus on customer needs and delivering high-quality products
- Ability to work quickly, prioritize ideas, and distinguish between what can ship now and what needs more time
- Ability to balance engagement with deep focus, especially in a high-growth startup setting
