Your Mission
We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to spearhead our Danish office in Copenhagen towards continued growth and success. You will be responsible for shaping strategies, driving commercial expertise, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and connections with people. You are also incredibly driven, hands-on, and capable of inspiring a high-performance team.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement your sales strategy
- Build a strong lead generation system
- Drive sales and continuously meet and exceed revenue targets
- Upon reaching certain sales goals, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a top-tier sales team
- Actively participate in budget preparation and set organizational goals
- Monitor KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve performance
- Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
- Work closely and collaborate with other leaders
- Report directly to the CEO.
