We cater to diverse learners aged 7 to 18 on the autism spectrum and related conditions, ensuring they receive the unique support they need, including tailored learning environments, smaller class sizes, and educators specially trained in autism.

As a Teacher Aide, your role will be pivotal in:
Delivering Curriculum and Instructional Support
- Creating a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment that promotes student growth and learning.
- Assisting educators in preparing and customizing educational materials to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
- Guiding students through lessons and activities, ensuring understanding and engagement.
Promoting Holistic Student Development
- Building meaningful relationships with students through compassion and encouragement.
- Collaborating with teachers to set individualized developmental goals for each student (IEP/ITP/IBP Planning).
- Supporting data collection efforts to assess and monitor student progress.
- Implementing behavioral plans to help manage student behavior under teacher supervision.
- Engaging with stakeholders, including allied professionals and caregivers, to enhance student well-being.
- Establishing positive classroom routines to foster discipline and holistic growth.
Engaging in Professional Development
- Actively participating in opportunities for professional growth to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Contributing to a Diverse Role
- Assisting students with adaptive and assistive technologies.
- Contributing to school initiatives and events.
- Performing CCA-related duties under teacher guidance.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O Level.
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- A genuine passion for learning about autism and supporting special needs students in realizing their potential.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Position available at our Ang Mo Kio campus.
