Key ResponsibilitiesTransfer PricingEngage with external advisors to benchmark intercompany services and prepare comprehensive TP documentation (Master File and Local File(s)). Review and update intercompany service agreements in conjunction with the Legal team. Draft and maintain an internal TP manual that delineates policy and calculation methodologies. Facilitate internal training for key stakeholders regarding TP policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Finance team on TP invoicing, reconciliation of intercompany balances, and associated processes. Assist with TP considerations for market expansion and entry into new jurisdictions. Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO)Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to bolster CCO compliance implementation across the Group. Ensure that policies and processes are established to mitigate CCO-related risks.

Role overview

Boku is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Manager for a 6-month contract based in London. This position plays a central role in implementing the Boku Group’s global Transfer Pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with Corporate Criminal Offence (CCO) regulations. The Tax Manager will work with teams across Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR, and external advisors to maintain compliance and documentation for intercompany transactions in line with international standards.
