Join our dynamic team as a Talent Solutions Consultant, where you will spearhead business development efforts, manage innovative projects, and deliver customized talent solutions tailored for our diverse clientele. This role demands a deep understanding of client requirements, as you will design and oversee the implementation of strategic talent initiatives, including traineeships and pioneering programs in cutting-edge fields like AI, data analytics, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to grasp their organizational goals, talent challenges, and transformation needs. Provide expert guidance on talent strategies, including our i2i Internships to Innovation programs, offshore professional services, and talent placements.
  • Program Management: Oversee end-to-end talent programs and projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and timelines. Coordinate resources across local and regional levels, track progress, and update stakeholders on project status.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and create learning programs that foster talent development and capability enhancement. Conduct workshops and training sessions to bridge skills gaps and promote professional advancement.
  • Partnership Management: Engage with external training partners and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to deliver high-quality, relevant training programs and certifications. Build relationships to align training initiatives with industry standards and emerging trends.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making. Offer recommendations for ongoing improvement and optimization of talent strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Remain updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management and organizational development. Share insights with clients and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that fulfill client needs and exceed expectations.
