Join Xcellink as a Talent Solutions Consultant, where you will spearhead business development and take the lead on innovative projects tailored to delivering customized talent solutions for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will be essential in understanding client requirements, crafting, and executing bespoke talent strategies that encompass traineeships and pioneering programs in cutting-edge technology fields such as AI, data analytics, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to identify their organizational objectives, talent challenges, and transformational needs. Offer strategic advice on our talent solutions, including i2i Internships, offshore professional services, and talent placements.
  • Program Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of talent programs and projects, ensuring they align with client goals and timelines. Manage local and regional resources, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed of project updates.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and design learning programs aimed at enhancing talent development and capability building. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to address skills gaps and encourage professional growth.
  • Partnership Management: Engage with external training partners and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to deliver high-quality training programs and certifications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and trends.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics to evaluate talent trends, measure the effectiveness of programs, and guide decision-making processes. Provide recommendations for ongoing improvement and optimization of talent strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in talent management and organizational development. Share insights with clients and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including consultants, analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
