We are on the lookout for ambitious and high-achieving individuals eager to contribute to our next phase of growth. This unique Talent Partner role is a pioneering position at Luminance, designed for someone ready to shape and influence our recruitment strategy. You will be instrumental in building and scaling a high-performing recruitment function within our dynamic organization, which has significant growth aspirations. This role blends hands-on hiring execution with the establishment of a solid recruitment and onboarding framework. As a Talent Partner, you will ensure high-quality hiring practices, actively source top talent, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate our growth objectives.

This role will report directly to the HR Director and requires a presence at our London Head Office at least three days a week. We are also seeking a counterpart for this position in New York, USA.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Infrastructure & Process Development

  • Develop and implement best-in-class hiring frameworks, including structured interviews, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
  • Oversee and optimize the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and usability across teams.
  • Create and standardize recruitment policies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and governance to unify hiring practices across the organization.
  • Introduce analytics and reporting to monitor hiring performance, pipeline health, and time-to-hire metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to gather candidate feedback and implement enhancements to improve the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

2. Independent Talent Sourcing, Agency Collaboration & Hiring Delivery

  • Proactively seek and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and events.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews for candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from job briefing to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and search partners.
  • Develop an agency engagement strategy that prioritizes cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
