What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Operations and Marketing positions, focusing on a positive candidate experience.
- Create and apply sourcing strategies to find and engage top candidates using multiple channels.
- Lead interviews and assessments, evaluate candidates' strengths and areas for growth, minimize bias, and advise hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruitment process.
Location and Contract
This is a fixed term contract role based in Bulgaria.
