In this pivotal hybrid role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on HR professional, blending strategic leadership in recruitment with HR generalist responsibilities. Your mission will be to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent while supporting employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle. You will closely collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders in the Revenue and Marketing teams to create innovative recruitment strategies, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to broader HR initiatives including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition FunctionsEngage with managers and leaders to assess workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding.Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals) to attract top-tier candidates, including proactive headhunting.Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience that reflects our company culture and values.Provide market insights and benchmarking data to stakeholders regarding talent availability, salary expectations, and competitive trends.HR Business Partner / Generalist FunctionsSupport HR policies, processes, and people initiatives across designated teams or regions.Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, career development, and other HR-related topics.Facilitate a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees.
