Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across a variety of roles and sectors. Innovate and implement strategies for niche talent acquisition, targeting specialized and hard-to-fill positions through diverse sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Engage in proactive talent mining by identifying and reaching out to passive candidates, fostering relationships, and ensuring ongoing communication for future roles. Establish and nurture a robust talent pool of qualified candidates to guarantee prompt response times for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain insights into role specifications, team dynamics, and recruitment priorities to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process. Contribute to talent management initiatives by enhancing employer branding, optimizing candidate experience, and refining onboarding protocols. Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain precise records utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant tools. Remain informed on industry trends, best practices in hiring, and competitor strategies to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (including internships). Strong grasp of talent acquisition principles and sourcing methodologies. Experience with niche talent acquisition or specialized role hiring is advantageous. Familiarity with talent mining tools such as LinkedIn and other professional networks. Proven ability to create and manage a high-quality talent pool. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple roles at once. Proactive attitude with a strong passion for talent acquisition.
