Position Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, primarily focusing on medical providers across various disciplines, in addition to supporting office staff recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of effective recruitment strategies within the medical landscape, particularly concerning care providers in long-term facilities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with potential candidates will be pivotal in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily recruitment operations for MedElite and its partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of open requisitions based on assigned roles.
  • Provide ongoing support and administrative management for candidates throughout MedElite's recruitment process.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external recruiters during the hiring process for assigned requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the company's ATS.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet talent acquisition objectives.
