Position Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, primarily focusing on medical providers across various disciplines, in addition to supporting office staff recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of effective recruitment strategies within the medical landscape, particularly concerning care providers in long-term facilities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with potential candidates will be pivotal in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily recruitment operations for MedElite and its partners.
- Manage a portfolio of open requisitions based on assigned roles.
- Provide ongoing support and administrative management for candidates throughout MedElite's recruitment process.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external recruiters during the hiring process for assigned requisitions.
- Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the company's ATS.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet talent acquisition objectives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience managing a comprehensive recruitment program, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project management initiatives with meticulous attention to detail from inception to completion.
- Experience in managing the talent acquisition process effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service to potential candidates.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a sense of urgency.
