Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at AvePoint Singapore. The ideal candidate will spearhead our recruitment initiatives, refine our hiring processes, and grasp the distinct requirements of our various business divisions. This role necessitates collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies, to secure exceptional talent that aligns with our organizational culture and objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract diverse talent.
  • Work closely with company leadership to forecast and strategize key staffing requirements.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units.
  • Enhance recruitment strategies to engage passive job seekers.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to boost recruitment success.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate staffing trends and budget adherence.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely processes.
  • Develop partnerships with third-party recruitment agencies and educational institutions to establish a robust talent pipeline.
  • Lead the planning of recruitment events and initiatives for open roles.
  • Engage in various HR and recruitment-related projects as assigned.
