Your Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be pivotal in our hiring strategy, facilitating the growth of our team and business. You will take charge of attracting, evaluating, and hiring top-tier talent, ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and transparent, managing everything from sourcing to closing.
You will collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers, sharing best practices to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. We are dedicated to delivering an outstanding candidate experience that fosters career development. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in initiatives like process optimization, employer branding, and strategic partnerships, driving impactful change across the organization as we prepare for our scaling journey in the coming year.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for both technical and commercial positions, focusing on engineering and sales development representatives (SDRs).
Engage in extensive candidate mapping, outreach, and initial screening to uphold our high hiring standards.
Regularly consult with hiring managers to grasp priority roles, essential competencies, team culture, and success factors.
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to refine job specifications, establish success profiles, and consistently meet hiring goals.
Diligently track and measure all aspects of the recruitment funnel, providing regular reports to the hiring team.
