Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to assemble high-performing teams that will drive tennr's market presence. This hands-on position requires a keen eye for talent and the ability to navigate fast-paced conversations with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for GTM roles, including Sales (AEs, SDRs), Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

  • Work alongside hiring managers to formulate hiring strategies, define role specifications, and create effective interview processes.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates who are not currently in the market.

  • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and thorough interview preparation.

  • Conduct post-screen calibrations with hiring teams to continuously enhance the quality of the candidate funnel.

  • Maintain organized recruitment pipelines and reporting in Ashby to support data-driven hiring decisions.

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor by sharing market insights, compensation benchmarks, and honest recommendations.
