Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to assemble high-performing teams that will drive tennr's market presence. This hands-on position requires a keen eye for talent and the ability to navigate fast-paced conversations with industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for GTM roles, including Sales (AEs, SDRs), Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
Work alongside hiring managers to formulate hiring strategies, define role specifications, and create effective interview processes.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates who are not currently in the market.
Ensure a top-notch candidate experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and thorough interview preparation.
Conduct post-screen calibrations with hiring teams to continuously enhance the quality of the candidate funnel.
Maintain organized recruitment pipelines and reporting in Ashby to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Act as a trusted talent advisor by sharing market insights, compensation benchmarks, and honest recommendations.
