As our new Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will join an experienced recruitment team based at Netcompany's headquarters in the vibrant heart of Copenhagen. This role offers you the opportunity to closely collaborate with the business to identify and engage the profiles that will contribute to the organization's growth. You will maintain ongoing communication with both candidates and leaders, overseeing recruitment processes from initial contact to successful hire. Additionally, you will enhance candidate experiences and foster our relationships within the talent market.
Your Responsibilities
At Netcompany, our HR department, including the TA team, is deeply integrated with the business and plays a pivotal role in attracting and hiring the right talent. The competition for top candidates has intensified in recent years, demanding our ability to proactively seek, engage, and build relationships with the right individuals. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who has experience in search, professional recruitment, and stakeholder management, and who is driven to facilitate conversations with candidates and the business throughout the recruitment process.
As part of our seasoned TA team, you will work closely with both business units and your HR colleagues, making your role crucial to our ongoing development. This position is heavily relationship-oriented, and you will serve as a key partner for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire process.
Generally, we operate in a continuous flow, where our colleagues and the business define our tasks and timelines.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging suitable candidates through database searches, networking, and various platforms.
- Managing candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process to ensure a professional and positive experience.
- Conducting interviews and acting as a consultant for hiring managers regarding profiles and recruitment needs.
- Advising the business on the talent market and contributing to identifying the right profiles for the organization.
