Join a leading financial institution as a Systems Support Analyst, where you will leverage over 7 years of expertise in application support and troubleshooting within the Funding, Collateral, and Cash Management sectors. Your role will involve providing vital production support, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring comprehensive documentation for critical applications.
As part of your responsibilities, you will occasionally work outside traditional business hours, including weekends and evenings, to facilitate application patches and releases. This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and delivering high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver application support across front, middle, and back office trading and collateral management systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Funding and Collateral businesses.
- Provide hands-on application support from level 1 to level 3.
- Automate support tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with various business partners to analyze and resolve inquiries and issues.
- Maintain robust documentation of issues and resolutions in our support wiki and knowledge base.
- Identify technology process gaps and propose improvements to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assess potential risks that may impact business operations.
- Oversee the deployment process from testing to production environments.
