This position demands strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment. You will also contribute to system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless integration of new technologies at OppFi.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and oversee workstation configuration management platforms.Package, test, and deploy applications and configurations across the organization.Implement Windows and Mac OS deployments along with third-party patches across the computing landscape.Remediate vulnerabilities on workstations.Develop policies, procedures, and best practices for our Service Desk.Collaborate on cross-team projects with Security and Platform Engineering.Manage office systems and operational workflows.Assist in designing and maintaining our hybrid work environment.Maintain imaging solutions for Windows and Mac OS deployments.
