Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop requirements that meet safety, regulatory, and product standards. Collect and analyze critical data to establish metrics, qualify systems for deployment, and guide system design decisions using data-driven insights. Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation to support system designs and processes while ensuring team alignment. Facilitate strategic alignment and lead discussions regarding system design trade-offs, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and promoting a collaborative team environment. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering or closely related field (e.g., Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Controls, Aerospace, etc.). Proven ability to address technical challenges, analyze interdisciplinary issues, and propose innovative, sustainable solutions. Experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and developing metrics for system evaluation or enhancement. Exceptional skills in producing clear and concise technical documentation and effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to contribute to or lead cross-functional projects, fostering alignment and ensuring stakeholder engagement.

This position follows a hybrid work model and reports directly to the Manager of Systems Engineering, Driving Behaviors.
