The Position
As the Systems Architect for Electronic Warfare, you will be responsible for the comprehensive EW architecture of our airborne platforms, defining a threat-driven capability roadmap, system partitioning, and integration strategies. Your role will involve translating operational scenarios into measurable system requirements and establishing a complete sensor-to-effector kill chain, including multi-sensor fusion between RF and EO/IR systems. This strategic leadership position will drive digital engineering and performance modelling initiatives, develop the master testing and evaluation strategy, and manage critical technical trade-offs with internal teams and external suppliers.
Daily Responsibilities
Oversee the complete EW architecture for an airborne platform: capability roadmap, system partitioning, interface design, and integration strategy across sensors.
Convert operational scenarios into EW requirements and define measurable KPIs.
Establish the EW Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and behavior.
Develop the sensor-to-effector kill chain: detection → classification/ID → geo-location → threat evaluation → technique selection → execution → assessment, including timing budgets and data products.
Lead the design of multi-sensor fusion architecture (RWR/ESM + radar + EO/IR + navigation).
