About the job

The Systems Analyst II at Luminis Health supports the Point of Service Collection process by working with advanced IT systems. This role focuses on Real Time Eligibility (RTE), Benefits Filing, and calculating Patient Financial Responsibility. The analyst also helps coordinate projects, making sure resources are in place for timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess how well RTE and Point of Service Collection systems perform.
  • Oversee benefit filing and ensure patient responsibility calculations are accurate for every encounter, while looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Work closely with operational teams to refine workflows, use Epic features effectively, and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Act as the main contact for the clearinghouse, aiming to strengthen integration and increase partnership value.
  • Lead technical efforts for the Patient Access Team, especially for interfaces managed by Patient Access.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Share expertise and collaborate with team members to complete tasks and support each other’s growth.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and with cultural awareness, reaching the right stakeholders at the right times.
  • Stay aligned with the goals of Luminis Health and support both organizational and departmental objectives.
  • Keep up with relevant software, research project requirements, and offer cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Take part in on-call and downtime support as needed.
