Willingness to travel up to 60% to assist in setting up and supporting new and existing Carvana locations, covering desktop, server, network, security surveillance, and AV. Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal and external users and vendors on project timelines and deliverables. Proficiency in troubleshooting and addressing both wired and wireless technology issues. Responsive to incoming calls, emails, and walk-up requests related to IT issues from both PC and Mac users. Capability to set up IT equipment and provide ongoing support.

Position Details

Location: Syracuse, NY (100% on-site, Monday to Friday)

As a Systems Administrator, expect to provide hands-on support across a range of technical needs for Carvana employees. Tasks vary from setting up monitors to resolving complex IT problems. The role calls for someone who is proactive, ready to handle new challenges, and comfortable managing several tasks at once.
