Qualifications
Responsibilities
Deploy and configure ArcGIS across diverse environments, including various operating systems, cloud providers, security frameworks, and customer types, ensuring alignment with service level agreements.
Plan and execute content migration between ArcGIS deployments, navigating different architectures, deployment strategies, and software components.
Troubleshoot complex ArcGIS deployments, offering expert guidance on platform components such as storage, networking, and security.
Engage closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and validate critical GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
Collaborate internally to align customer organizations' technical objectives with Esri's technology platform.
Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in a system engineering role with similar responsibilities.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and/or administering enterprise ArcGIS or comparable IT systems (desktop, server, and online).
Extensive system administration experience on Windows and/or Linux environments.
Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language (such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#).
Understanding of network concepts and topics (including domains, directories, DNS, HTTPS, firewalls, proxies, load balancing).
Experience with at least one RDBMS.
