About the job

Encora is seeking a System Analyst based in Singapore to support business and technology teams in delivering quality system solutions. This role centers on requirements analysis, system design, and end-to-end project support within the framework of the company’s Systems Development Methodology (SDM).

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications and mapped design solutions.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist during post-implementation phases.
  • Create and document system artifacts, including Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, and SIT Scripts, following SDM standards.
  • Work closely with Business Units, end-users, and technology teams to fully understand requirements, analyze business processes, and identify gaps or solutions.
  • Collaborate with Functional Business Analysts and technical teams to design and implement system enhancements, new features, and resolve existing issues.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and track progress on action items.
  • Deliver training and system usage demonstrations to colleagues and stakeholders through organized programs and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a finance institution.
