What You Will Do Ownership Strategize and manage the full GTM technology stack, including CRM, Marketing, CPQ, integrations, AI, and identity management. Ensure accountability, cost control, and governance. Maintain platform reliability, data quality, and service standards across all GTM systems. Delivery Complete and stabilize the Salesforce migration, driving user adoption and meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Deliver on quarterly commitments with short cycles and visible productivity gains. Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, with dependable GTM data flows to the data warehouse. Use automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve speed and insights. Team Building Build and lead a high-performing GTM systems team and establish a Center of Excellence. Develop a modern operational model using CI/CD, disciplined releases, service catalogs, and clear service level objectives (SLOs).
