Role Overview: Sustainability Manager
The Sustainability Manager will drive environmental and social sustainability efforts across KAYALI. This role calls for a strategic thinker who can shape and implement a sustainability strategy tailored to a luxury fragrance brand experiencing rapid growth. The manager will work closely with teams across the business to ensure operations meet high standards of ethics and governance, while delivering measurable results.
Main Responsibilities
- Sustainability Strategy Development: Design and manage KAYALI’s sustainability strategy and multi-year roadmap, focusing on environmental and social priorities.
- Key Performance Indicators: Establish, track, and report on sustainability KPIs that align with brand goals and regulatory requirements.
- Integration: Incorporate sustainability objectives into business planning, product development, and market expansion.
Environmental Impact and Circularity
- Evaluate and monitor the company’s environmental footprint, with attention to energy use, emissions, waste, and packaging.
- Partner with product, packaging, and supply chain teams to adopt greener materials and circular solutions.
- Assist in reviewing certifications and sustainability standards relevant to the business.
