Join our dynamic team as a Support Service Manager at Quantum-Systems, located in the heart of Kyiv. This role requires your presence in the office 3-4 days a week, as we believe in the power of collaboration. For your convenience, we offer a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.
You will have the flexibility to choose between two shifts: either 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (the late shift can be completed from home).
As a Support Service Manager, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional support to our clients who utilize our cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in critical operations. Your dedication will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering user support through inbound chats and calls.
Identifying client issues and documenting cases in our CRM system.
Analyzing user challenges and providing effective solutions.
Coordinating with other departments to resolve user issues and prepare reports for pertinent teams.
Preparing necessary documentation for the receipt and issuance of UAVs and components for repair.
Drafting reports and liaising with the manufacturer regarding incidents.
