Daily Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets across every layer of the network stack.

  • Manage and support intricate customer networks, primarily via remote access.

  • Identify and document product bugs, providing clear reproduction steps for escalation.

  • Draft well-structured feature requests based on genuine customer needs.

  • Create and maintain documentation that accelerates resolution time for all team members.
