As the Supply Chain Manager at CCG Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving effective Sales, Operations, and Planning (S&OP) processes. You will lead supply chain strategies, enforce cost-containment measures, and ensure optimal material and supplier performance. This position encompasses comprehensive oversight of all supply chain elements.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role involves leading all facets of Supply Chain Management, providing strategic direction to align operations across various business units. You will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning, ensuring an efficient supply chain from backlog order entry to product delivery, meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Manage supply chain strategies effectively.
- Establish processes that enhance internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Lead supplier development and manage commodity strategies, ensuring all documentation, including NDAs and Terms and Conditions, is complete.
- Oversee supplier and material management.
- Ensure materials and services are acquired at the lowest total cost.
- Participate in supplier selection, evaluation, and management.
- Collaborate with production control and scheduling teams to maintain a forward-looking supply chain process.
- Foster internal communication and collaboration.
- Promote the company’s core values of honesty, professionalism, respect, trust, and teamwork.
- Work closely with leadership teams to assess operational plans and implement necessary business improvements.
