Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a designated portfolio of suppliers, ensuring full lifecycle accountability from onboarding to renewal and reactivation. Conduct proactive, data-driven outreach based on health score signals, risk indicators, and lifecycle stages. Accurately forecast renewals using best/worst/likely modeling and document risks, savings, and objections. Engage in renewal and objection-handling discussions with empathy, confidence, and commercial insight. Facilitate cross-sell and upsell opportunities by matching supplier needs with product benefits. Oversee escalation recovery and collaborate with Support, Billing, and Onboarding teams to streamline processes. Analyze usage data and campaign performance to enhance engagement and retention results. Work in partnership with product, billing, and operations teams to influence internal processes and elevate the supplier experience. DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:3–6 years of experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or supplier relationship roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or compliance-driven sectors. Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio with measurable retention or revenue impact.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Supplier Relationship Manager is responsible for overseeing a strategic portfolio of high-value suppliers, guiding them through the complete lifecycle - from onboarding to renewal and reactivation. This multifaceted role combines account management, retention strategies, and consultative upselling into a cohesive high-impact approach. The SRM acts as the primary accountability point for supplier retention outcomes while driving process improvements across various departments. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days a week in our beautiful Lehi office.
