What You’ll Do

As a pivotal member of our team, you will help revolutionize the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market through the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in supplier quality planning and the execution of manufacturing and assembly quality control processes from the advanced development phase through to mass production, applying APQP and VDA quality management methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality performance and functional standards throughout the supply chain to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Lead supplier initiatives to meet Scout’s quality expectations and ensure timely completion of industrialization activities; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Oversee proactive and reactive containment measures at supplier locations.
  • Review and approve boundary samples, appearance catalogs, and other necessary documents.
  • Manage change effectively, ensuring all product architecture requests are recognized and addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate supplier performance evaluations to guarantee consistency and quality.
