As the Supervisor, you will:Lead and support team members, volunteers, and students across assigned programs, focusing on coaching, team dynamics, and conflict resolution. Oversee recruitment, retention, training, onboarding, supervision, and performance management for all team members. Ensure a safe work environment by managing health and safety protocols within the program. Schedule and allocate staff, volunteers, and students to meet the operational needs of the program. Maintain effective communication with the team through regular check-ins, reviews, and support for professional development. Conduct clinical supervision and case consultations for assigned staff. Collaborate with the program manager to design and deliver timely programming that meets participant needs. Liaise with community partners to enhance service delivery and program pathways. Oversee daily operations, including budget management, data collection coordination, and participant engagement.

About the Role

The Supervisor, Addiction Services (CLT) oversees the Live-In Addiction Treatment Program in Cambridge, ON. This residential program supports individuals working to address substance use, offering a three-to-six-month stay with both group and individual counseling. Life skills development is a key part of the program, delivered by a clinical team that includes psychotherapists, social workers, and addiction treatment workers.

The supervisor leads, coaches, and supports staff to maintain high standards of care and programming. Building a collaborative and compassionate team environment is central to the role.

Contract Details

  • Contract runs approximately June 2026 to July 2027
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
  • Mainly daytime shifts, Monday to Friday
  • One evening shift per week
  • Flexibility required, including participation in supervisory on-call rotations
  • Employment contingent on a successful Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector)
