About the Role
The Supervisor, Addiction Services (CLT) oversees the Live-In Addiction Treatment Program in Cambridge, ON. This residential program supports individuals working to address substance use, offering a three-to-six-month stay with both group and individual counseling. Life skills development is a key part of the program, delivered by a clinical team that includes psychotherapists, social workers, and addiction treatment workers.
The supervisor leads, coaches, and supports staff to maintain high standards of care and programming. Building a collaborative and compassionate team environment is central to the role.
Contract Details
- Contract runs approximately June 2026 to July 2027
- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- Mainly daytime shifts, Monday to Friday
- One evening shift per week
- Flexibility required, including participation in supervisory on-call rotations
- Employment contingent on a successful Police Records Check (Vulnerable Sector)
