The Upper Elementary Summer Learning Teacher will report to the Summer Academic Dean and will lead engaging phonics and math workshops for groups of 18-22 elementary students as part of our acclaimed REAL Kids program. This role includes creating an impactful culminating project and mentoring college-age Youth Workers to nurture their aspirations in education. Summer Learning Teachers are also encouraged to participate in program-wide events, such as pep rallies and performances. This position presents an exciting opportunity for innovative educators to refine their teaching skills through an interdisciplinary approach to literacy and mathematics, while actively contributing to educational equity within our communities.
