Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence & RevenueResponsible for the overall performance of the Studio, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Analyze business reports to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Delegate and supervise management team responsibilities while ensuring execution. Oversee scheduling within labor allocations and conduct regular audits for payroll accuracy. Maintain high operational standards, ensuring compliance with piercing procedures, health and safety protocols, and inventory control practices. Collaborate with Piercing Leadership to uphold technical standards and best practices for Piercers in the Studio. Customer ExperienceWelcome and educate customers on the unique Studs experience, consistently delivering exceptional service.

Official Title: Studio Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, Texas. The Studio Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
