What You Will Be Responsible For:Lead Daily Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothly in terms of staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and patient flow. Champion Patient Experience: Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to meet or surpass NPS and revenue objectives while addressing patient concerns with empathy. Drive Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide real-time coaching, and make necessary adjustments to achieve studio goals. Develop Your Team: Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing evaluations to foster alignment, accountability, and professional growth among your team members. Promote Culture: Embody Tend’s core values and nurture a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration within the studio. Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with the People, Clinical, and Operations teams to recruit, retain, and support a high-performing staff. Ensure Compliance & Quality: Conduct regular inspections to uphold a safe, compliant, and welcoming studio atmosphere. Optimize Scheduling: Manage staff schedules to harmonize patient accessibility with operational efficiency and meet performance metrics.
