Job Description

Join our Construction Administration and Management team as a summer intern in 2026, where you will engage in impactful, hands-on projects that bridge your academic learning with real-world applications. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of construction management, administration, observation, and inspection for civil infrastructure projects, which may include public utilities, heavy highways, municipal streets, airports, water treatment facilities, and wastewater management, depending on project requirements.

Working closely with our seasoned professionals, you will conduct inspections and tests to confirm that construction activities align with project specifications. You will gain valuable experience in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and codes while identifying and mitigating potential safety risks on job sites. Additionally, you will enhance your skills in project documentation, client communication, and contractor management. Be prepared to work in diverse terrains and weather conditions, possibly requiring weekend hours or overnight travel.
