Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Marine EngineeringAt least 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on maritime projects and NSQEP standards. Chartered Engineer status or professional affiliation with a recognized engineering body. Demonstrated experience in planning, assessing, analyzing, designing, and remediating maritime structures. Proven track record in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead a dynamic and expanding team, providing expert technical direction, design leadership, and oversight of structural design processes.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring engineering excellence while upholding safety, sustainability, and constructability standards. Collaboration is key; you will engage actively within a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with various disciplines, collaborators, stakeholders, and clients, while confidently conveying structural engineering concepts throughout all design phases.
