LPA is in search of a driven and innovative Structural Engineering Project Manager to oversee a team in the design and management of significant projects. You will lead a structural engineering team in the initiation and execution of impactful engineering projects for esteemed clients within your community. This role demands exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with project teams, staff, and our valued clients.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead structural engineering design efforts, guiding a team through various building design and retrofit initiatives.
Collaborate with multiple design disciplines and engage directly with our clients (owners, school districts, municipalities, developers, etc.) to create spaces that positively influence your community.
Plan, supervise, and coordinate the activities of structural engineering project teams.
