ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Structural Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with licensed engineers and project leaders in our diverse team. Your projects may encompass new construction and renovations within the Education, Health, Science & Technology, Commercial, and Sports, Recreation, and Wellness sectors. This internship has the potential to transition into a full-time entry-level position for qualified candidates based on business requirements.
Conduct structural analysis and design of both new and existing structural systems.
Prepare documentation and reports from concept design to advanced technical design documentation.
Assist in reviewing and marking up shop drawing submissions.
Propose enhancements for process improvement, quality, and coordination.
Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and monitor construction progress; some visits may require physical walk-throughs.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
